My Name is Amber Schimmel and I have lived in Webster most of my life. I am the daughter of Harold and the late Marilyn (Roth) Ackerman. I graduated from Webster High School and then from Dakota State University with an Associate Degree in Health Information Management. All together I have been in the health care field for six years. I joined Bethesda Home Inc in July of 2007. I enjoy my job tremendously and I love visiting with the residents. I am married to Greg Schimmel who is also employed at Bethesda Home in the Maintenance department. We have five children which keeps us very busy. I am also the manager at the local youth center. In the spare time that I do have, I enjoy spending time with my children and their activities, riding motorcycle with my husband, running and other outdoor activities.
