Bethesda Home and Heritage Village is a beautiful place! Our maintenance department helps keep our facility running smoothly and looking polished and new. We are proud of the beautiful grounds and the outside appearance of our buildings. If we take the time to care for the outside – you know that the inside is taken care of as well!

Maintenance has two full-time employees. Maintenance staff start the day at 8:00 am and finish at 4:30 pm. Of course, maintenance staff are on call 24-hours per day, 365 days per year to handle any maintenance emergencies that might arise.

My name is Loren Reiprich and I am the Director of Maintenance. I have worked at Bethesda since 1999.

I am married to Deb and we have 3 daughters.
